Shipping

Australian shipping is free for orders within Australia over the value of $150 AUD.

International shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Domestic and international orders will be sent with tracking (if available depending on the destination country) or as registered mail requiring a signature on delivery. Express post can be arranged for an additional fee. Once dispatched we can not be held liable for any losses, damage, or theft of items during the delivery process as this is out of our control and handled by the carrier (Australia Post).

Orders are typically processed and sent at the end of the week (Friday) via Australia Post. Please allow for a delivery time of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days or more for international orders as customs and handling times can sometimes delay the delivery of a parcel. If your items are being shipped to a unit block please be aware that parcels are sometimes kept at your local Post Office outlet for pick up as per the instructions on the delivery card.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address and receiver details. No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels due to incorrect provision of address details. A re-sending fee will need to be paid for your order to be posted to the correct address if items are returned to us due to invalid details. 

If you require a physical receipt/tax invoice please contact us via email quoting your order number once you have made your purchase.

No responsibility will be taken for additional customs charges, taxes, import duties, or third-party handling fees that may be incurred for parcels arriving in the receiver’s country regarding international delivery.

Returns

If you have purchased the wrong-sized garment or have received the wrong item by mistake, please notify us immediately via email to organise an exchange. 

Garments being returned must still be in the same original condition as they were received with all original protective packaging. When returning items please include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel for your exchanged purchase to be sent back to you. 

Items being returned within Australia can be sent to us using an Australia Post 500g Pre-Paid Satchel (Parcel Post). Please also include one of these satchels (self-addressed) with the item being returned. Please contact us and we will provide a return address.

International customers wishing to return goods due to selecting the wrong size must cover all postage and handling costs.
