The Powers of Katsu is a film about scale and painting. It is based on Charles and Ray Eames' 1968 classic, The Powers of Ten, which explores the relative size of the universe (and which is itself based on Cosmic View, a 1957 book by Kees Boeke). The Powers of Katsu stars none other than infamous public art legend Katsu.
